A little more than a year since winning the right to host the Cadet and Junior World Championships, the French town of Bourges is ready to welcome the world’s finest young fencers into its midst.
From 1-10 April, more than 1,000 athletes and 500 officials from well over 100 countries are expected to take part in an event which will unveil some of the champions of tomorrow.
The Cadet and Junior World Championships are among the most important events in the FIE calendar as they provide young fencers with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills at an international level. This premier event for the world’s best youth fencers promises 10 days of very exciting youth fencing.
